All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
• Australia: 3–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs processing.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging
Each artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Original artworks may be shipped in protective sleeves, flat mailers, or tubes, depending on the size.

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
